At Minority Helping Hands, we don’t lend a helping hand from a position of power. We support others from a place of empathy. We are respectful of everyone, so no one feels like they are being done a favor upon. 
As a full-service charity, we assign each individual or family in need of assistance to a dedicated case manager. The manager strives to understand the individual’s unique needs and allocate resources accordingly. We have a team of workers who speak many languages, so no requests go unheard. In addition to providing the individuals or families with the required resources, we also guide them every step of the way to help them achieve independence.
